MEAT SHARES
We offer monthly meat shares in the CSA format. This is a great option for folks who want healthy, local, chemical-free, and pastured raised meat, but don’t have the freezer space to buy large quantities of beef, pork, and chicken. It’s also an opportunity to ‘sample’ various meat cuts before committing to a larger purchase.
Each CSA season runs for 4 months, the seasons are:
February – May // June – September // October - January
HOW WE MANAGE OUR FARM:
Here at Mirror Image Farms we observe nature’s methods and integrate natural principles into the way we farm. Therefore, our animals live healthy lives on the pasture, being rotated from paddock to paddock, similar to the movement of the great American buffalo herds of the past. Currently we raise pastured beef, hogs, chickens and turkeys.

The pork roast was the best pork I have ever tasted – tender, juicy and delicious flavor. It doesn’t get much better than knowing right where the pork has come from and seeing how Mirror Image grows their pigs. They take great care and pride in how their pigs are fed and cared for, which begins before the piglets are even born, right up to butcher day.
