Grass-Fed & Finished

When we use the word finished we are referencing the condition of the carcass at time of butcher.  We look for certain indicators on the exterior of the animal to know when they are finished or ready for slaughter.   Grass finished means this carcass was finished on a grass-fed diet as compared to a grain-fed diet.
